摘 要:毛水苏(Stachys baicalensis)是多年生沼生草本植物,也是一种优良的蜜源植物。于2020年5月20日至8月20日,在中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所实验基地,开展毛水苏幼苗的培养实验。选择初始幼苗植株高度为4 cm、7 cm和10 cm的毛水苏幼苗,在水位埋深为5 cm、土壤表面未淹水、淹水深度为5 cm和10 cm的条件下,测定毛水苏幼苗的株高、叶片数、植株数和生物量,分析土壤水分条件对毛水苏幼苗生长的影响。研究结果表明,在土壤表面未淹水的条件下,毛水苏幼苗的新生植株数、叶片数和总生物量都相对最大;与土壤表面未淹水的条件下相比,在土壤淹水深度为10 cm的条件下,毛水苏幼苗的新生植株数量、叶片数、总生物量和地下生物量分别减小了50%~86%、83%~89%、92%~97%和95%~97%;在相同土壤水分条件下,初始幼苗植株高度为10 cm的毛水苏幼苗的新生植株数量、株高、叶片数和总生物量都最大。As a common helophyte in the river flat of Naoli River, Stachys baicalensis acts as an excellent nectar plant. In this study, the controlled experiment was carried out in the experimental site of Northeast Institute of Geography and Agricultural Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to explore the effects of soil moisture conditions(-5 cm, 0 cm, 5 cm, and 10 cm), initial seedling height(4 cm, 7 cm, and 10 cm) and their interactions on the growth and reproduction of Stachys baicalensis seedlings. This experiment began on May20, and ended on August 20, 2020. The heights, umber of newborn plants, number of leaves, biomass were measured. The results showed that the number of newborn plants, number of leaves, biomass and biomass under un-flooding condition were the highest. The number of new plants, number of leaves, total biomass and belowground biomass under 10 cm flooding depth were decreased by 50%-86%, 83%-89%, 92%-97% and95%-97% compared with those under un-flooding condition. Under the same soil moisture condition, the plant height, the number of newborn plants, number of leaves, and biomass were greatest when the initial seedling height was 10 cm, whereas the minimum value of them occurred in case of the initial seedling height of 4 cm. Therefore, we should avoid long-term flooding, and select higher seedlings to restore or reconstruct Stachys baicalensis wetlands.
