摘　　要：微球作为新型递药系统,在医药领域受到广泛关注。根据微球微观结构的不同,可将其分为实心微球、双层微球、中空微球、多孔微球。不同的微观结构赋予了微球不同的特性,使微球适用于不同的给药形式和临床用途。本文简要介绍了不同结构微球的特点、制备方法和在医药领域的应用。Microspheres,as a new delivery system,are widely concerned in the field of medicine.Microspheres can be divided into solid microspheres,double-walled microspheres,hollow microspheres and porous microspheres according to their different structures.Different microstructure endows the microspheres with different characteristics,which makes the microspheres suitable for different drug delivery forms and clinical applications.In this paper,the characteristics,preparation methods and applications of microspheres with different structures are briefly introduced.
