中西医结合对肾虚痹阻型RA患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究自拟益气补肾除痹汤联合来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤治疗肾虚痹阻型类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的疗效及其对相关因子水平的影响。方法将129例肾虚痹阻型RA患者依据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组64例给予口服来氟米特加甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组65例在对照组基础上联合自拟益气补肾除痹汤治疗。比较两组相关因子水平、炎症指标水平及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组类风湿因子(RF)、抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体水平、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)及红细胞沉降率(ESR)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟益气补肾除痹汤联合来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤治疗肾虚痹阻型RA患者,可有效降低炎症因子水平,且安全性高。Objective To study the efficacy of self-made Yiqi Bushen Chubi Decoction combined with leflunomide and methotrexate in treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients with kidney deficiency obstruction type and its effect on the levels of related factors.Methods 129 cases of RA patients with kidney deficiency obstruction type were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods.64 cases in the control group were treated with leflunomide and methotrexate,and 65 cases in the observation group were treated with self-made Yiqi Bushen Chubi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The levels of related factors,inflammation index levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the rheumatoid factor(RF),anti-cyclic citrullinated pep tide(CCP)antibody levels,tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα),interleukin 6(IL 6)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)of two groups were compared with P<0.05.Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was with P>0.05.Conclusion The self-made Yiqi Bushen Chubi Decoction combined with leflunomide and methotrexate can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors and has high safety in the treatment of RA patients with kidney defi ciency obstruction type.
