摘　　要：目的了解菏泽市2010~2020年风疹流行特征,为进一步做好风疹传染病防控和预防出生婴儿先天性风疹综合征(Congenital RubellaSyndrome,CRS)工作提供参考依据。方法描述性流行病学分析方法,对麻疹疫情专报系统中的2010~2020年风疹个案调查资料进行分析。结果菏泽市2010~2020年风疹累计报告243例,年平均报告发病率为0.03/10万。2010年发病率0.71/10万(56例)最高,2020年0.02/10万(2例)最低。高发时间主要集中在3~6月份,发病主要集中在7~15岁年龄组,占总发病数的75.31%。结论菏泽市风疹传染病防控形势逐年见好,发病率大幅降低,近年已达到消除的水平。Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of rubella in Heze from 2010 to 2020 to provide reference for its prevention and control and the occurence of congenital rubella syndrome(CRS).Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis method was used to analyze the data of rubella cases from 2010 to 2020 in rubella epidemic re port system.Results A total of 243 cases of rubella were reported in Heze from 2010 to 2020,with an average annual in cidence of 0.03/100,000.The highest incidence was 0.71/100,000(56 cases)in 2010,and the lowest incidence was 0.02/100,000(2 cases)in 2020.The high incidence time was March to June,and the incidence mainly concentrated on ages from 7 to 15 years old,accounting for 75.31%of the total incidence.Conclusion The epidemic prevention and control situation of rubella has been improved year by year in Heze,the incidence rate has been greatly reduced,and has reached to the level of elimination in recent years.
