摘  要:以12个国内市场主栽草莓品种为试材,采用微咸水灌溉的方法,研究了不同草莓品种的叶柄长、平均茎粗、SPAD、根长、K+/Na+、根冠比、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及盐害指数等指标变化情况,以期为草莓苗期耐盐性评价提供参考依据。结果表明:在T1(3 g·L^(-1))处理条件下,9号("冀纯")、11号("白雪公主")、12号("章姬")草莓品种盐害指数分别为19.58%、13.92%和18.68%,均低于20%,属于高耐性草莓品种范畴;淡水处理条件下,12个草莓品种叶片MDA含量较低,T1处理12个草莓品种叶片MDA含量较CK处理均显著增加,其中9、11号和12号3个草莓品种较对照增加值最低,说明细胞膜受到的膜脂氧化伤害最低;随着微咸水灌溉浓度的增加,12个草莓品种叶片中的SOD、POD、CAT活性均显著降低。通过盐害指数法、草莓叶片MDA含量及相关抗氧化酶活性的变化情况3种研究方法,综合分析得出3个适宜微咸水灌溉的高耐盐性草莓品种9号("冀纯")、11号("白雪公主")、12号("章姬")。Taking 12 domestic market main strawberry varieties as the test materials, the changes of different strawberry varieties were studied by stalk length, average stem thickness, SPAD,root length, K+/Na+,root crown ratio, MDA,POD,SOD,CAT and salt damage index, in order to provide a reference for the evaluation of salt tolerance in strawberry seedling stage.The results showed that under T1(3 g·L^(-1)) treatment conditions, the salt damage indexes of strawberry varieties No.9(‘Ji Chun’),No.11(‘Bai Xue Princess’),and No.12(‘Zhang Ji’) were 19.58%,13.92% and 18.68%,respectively.The content of MDA in the leaves of 12 strawberry varieties was lower under freshwater treatment conditions, and the MDA content in the leaves of 12 strawberry varieties in T1 treatment was significantly higher than that in CK treatment.Among them, No.9 and No.11 compared with the control, the three strawberry varieties and No.12 have the lowest increase in value, indicating that the membrane lipid oxidation damage to the cell membrane was the lowest;with the increase in the concentration of brackish water irrigation, the SOD,POD and CAT enzyme activities in the leaves of the 12 strawberry varieties were significantly reduced.Through the three research methods of salt damage index method and the changes of strawberry leaf MDA content and related antioxidant enzyme activities, a comprehensive analysis has obtained three high salt-tolerant strawberry varieties No.9(‘Jichun’),No.11(‘Snow White’) and No.12(‘Zhang Ji’) that are suitable for brackish water irrigation.
