摘　　要：目的:通过对温区部队急进高寒地区卫勤保障重难点进行梳理,探讨卫勤保障信息化平台构建的必要性,旨在提升温区部队急进高寒地区卫勤保障效能。方法:通过梳理温区部队急进高寒地区卫勤保障问题、提出解决问题的办法,并分析卫勤保障信息化平台构建的可行性,论述卫勤保障信息化平台作用、优势及前景。结果:卫勤保障信息平台的构建能极大程度上提升卫勤保障的效能,具有联合卫勤指挥、预案拟定、卫勤资源信息化管理、卫勤保障辅助决策、信息动态监测辅助等优点,可对温区部队急进高寒地区卫勤保障工作提供有力支撑。结论:温区部队急进高寒地区过程中,卫勤保障信息平台的构建具有重大战略意义,能充分发挥卫勤保障综合性优势。Objective:To discusse the necessity of constructing the information platform of medical support by combing the important and difficult points of medical support of troops in warm area,in order to improve the efficiency of medical support of troops in warm area.Methods:By combing the problems of medical support of troops in warm areas and analyzing the ways to solve the problems,this paper puts forward the function of medical support information platform,and analyzes the feasibility,possibility and prospect of constructing medical support information platform.Results:The construction of medical support information platform can greatly improve the efficiency of medical support,and has the advantages of joint medical service command,pre-plan formulation,information management of medical resources,auxiliary decision-making of medical support,information dynamic monitoring and so on.It can provide strong support for troops in warm areas to rush into the work of medical support in high and cold areas.Conclusion:The construction of medical support information platform is of great strategic significance and can give full play to the comprehensive advantages of medical support in the process of troops in warm areas rapidly entering high and cold areas.
