摘　　要：目的:探讨建设军队数字化口腔卫勤保障体系的方法及其实现对温区部队急进寒区保障的意义。方法:基于军队口腔卫勤保障任务特点和温区部队急进寒区的保障需求,运用大数据手段建设我军数字化口腔卫勤保障体系。结果:根据我军编制体制改革下联勤保障的新形势,结合军队口腔卫勤保障任务的实际需求,联勤保障基地建立全军口腔保障中心,联保中心成立战区口腔保障中心。建立单兵口腔信息数据库和需求、供给数据库,运用大数据技术,实行纵向和横向的数字化管理,实现人员、装备、药品的合理供给和新旧更替。根据温区部队急进寒区需求特点,提出各级口腔卫勤保障机构的即时保障方法。结论:适应新形势下能打胜仗的总要求,数字化口腔卫勤保障体系能够有效保障各级作战部队从温区急进寒区的实际需求。Objective:To explore the construction method of the digital military oral medical support system and its application strategy for the army under urgent deployment from warm area to cold area.Methods:According to the new situation of military reformation,combined with the actual demanding of the oral medical service support,the oral support center of PLA was founded in the joint logistic support base,and the theater oral support centers were founded separately.The single-soldier information database,the demanding and the supply databases were also constructed.Using the big data technology,implement vertical and horizontal digital management,realizing the reasonable supply and replacement of the professionals,equipments and drugs.According to the characteristics of the army under urgent deployment from warm area to cold area,the medical support methods was put forward.Results:The construction method of digital military oral medical support system and its application strategy for the army under urgent deployment from warm area to cold area were proposed.Conclusion:The digital military oral medical support system can effectively guarantee the demanding of all levels of combat forces under urgent deployment from warm area to cold area.
