高海拔地区某部队住院官兵泌尿生殖系统疾病谱调查分析

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析某高海拔地区部队医院因泌尿生殖系统疾病住院官兵的临床资料,进行疾病谱归纳,以期制定针对性的疾病预防措施,提高为兵服务效能。方法:在医院病案检索系统中,筛选出泌尿外科2018-01~2020-12住院官兵患者的诊断信息,按照国际疾病分类标准-10(international classification of diseases 10,ICD-10)进行记录、分类,针对高发病率的疾病进行讨论分析。结果:2018、2019、2020年泌尿生殖系疾病总住院患者分别为2289例、2489例、1802例。其中,官兵住院人数近3年分别为:225例、279例、171例,分别占同期泌尿生殖系疾病总住院患者的9.83%、11.21%,9.49%。官兵中排名前3位的泌尿生殖系统疾病为:泌尿系结石、精索静脉曲张、睾丸附睾炎,且每年3者的合计发病率占当年总疾病构成比的60%以上。结论:泌尿系结石、精索静脉曲张、睾丸附睾炎在部队官兵中发病率高,严重威胁着广大官兵群体的健康,因此,积极采取疾病防治的应对干预措施,对于改善官兵群体身体素质、保障健康水平、提升军队战斗力具有重要的现实意义。Objective:Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of officers and soldiers hospitalized with genitourinary system diseases in a military hospital in a high altitude area from January 2018 to December 2020,and summarize the disease spectrum,with a view to formulating targeted disease prevention measures to improve the effectiveness of service to the soldiers.Methods:In the hospital medical record retrieval system,the diagnostic information of the hospitalized officers and soldiers of the urology department from January 2018 to December 2020 was screened out,recorded and classified according to the international classification of diseases 10(ICD-10),and high morbidity of the disease is discussed and analyzed.Results:The total number of hospitalized patients with genitourinary diseases in 2018,2019,and 2020 were 2289,2489,and 1802,respectively.Among them,the number of officers and soldiers hospitalized in the past three years were:225,279,and 171,accounting for 9.83%,11.21%,and 9.49%of the total hospitalized patients with genitourinary diseases in the same period.The top three genitourinary diseases among the officers and soldiers are:urinary calculi,varicocele,and testicular epididymitis,and the combined incidence of the three each year accounts for more than 60%of the total disease composition that year.Conclusion:Urinary calculi,varicocele,and testicular epididymitis have a high incidence among military officers and soldiers,which seriously threaten the health of the majority of officers and soldiers.Therefore,active intervention measures for disease prevention and treatment are necessary to improve the physical fitness of the officers and soldiers and is of great practical significance to improve the combat effectiveness of the army.
