摘 要:目的探讨个人行为方式对噪声性听力损失的影响,为其预防策略和措施提供依据。方法采用腾讯问卷收集广州市某汽车生产厂职工的基本信息、个人行为方式等信息,对其进行纯音听阈测试和噪声强度检测。采用两独立样本t检验、Pearsonχ^(2)检验和非条件logistic回归模型分析个人行为方式对噪声性听力损失的影响。结果控制噪声强度、年龄等混杂因素后,进食奶豆及其制品为噪声性听力损失的保护因素(P=0.002),即一周内进食奶豆及其制品3~5 d者、6~7 d者罹患噪声性听力损失的风险分别为不进食者的0.609倍、0.424倍(P=0.035、0.001);吸烟>10支/d者罹患噪声性听力损失的风险为不吸烟者的1.638倍,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。结论提高进食奶豆及其制品频率、减少吸烟频率(<10支/d)可降低罹患噪声性听力损伤的风险。Objective To explore the influence of personal behavioral patterns on noise-related hearing loss and to provide a basis for its prevention strategies and measures.Methods A Tencent questionnaire was used to collect the basic information and personal behavioral style of workers in an automobile production plant in Guangzhou,and pure tone hearing threshold test and noise intensity test were performed.Two independent samples t-test,Pearson test and unconditional logistic regression model were used to analyze the effect of personal behavioral styles on noise-related hearing loss.Results After controlling for noise intensity,age and other confounding factors,consumption of milk and beans and their products was a protective factor for noise-induced hearing loss(P=0.002),i.e.,the risk of developing noise-induced hearing loss was 0.609 and 0.424 times higher for those who consumed milk and beans and their products for 3-5 and 6-7 days in a week,respectively,than for those who did not consume them(P=0.035 and 0.001);those who smoked>10 cigarettes/day had 1.638 times higher risk of noise-induced hearing impairment than non-smokers,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.021).Conclusion Increasing the frequency of consumption of dairy products and reducing the frequency of smoking(<10 cigarettes/day)may reduce the risk of noise hearing loss.
