摘　　要：目的探讨农村失能老年人情绪社交孤独感状况,并分析家庭功能对失能老年人孤独感的影响。方法采用便利抽样的方法,抽取329名开封市农村失能老年人为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、情绪社交孤独感量表(ESLI)、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)进行调查。结果农村失能老年人情绪社交孤独感总分为(30.72±15.24)分,家庭功能总分为(5.85±1.73)分。家庭功能良好组有129人(占39.2%),家庭功能良好组失能老年人情绪社交孤独感得分低于家庭功能障碍组(均P<0.01)。失能老年人孤独感总分及各维度得分与家庭功能呈负相关,相关系数为-0.180~-0.909(均P<0.01)。分层回归分析显示,老年人失能程度、与照顾者关系、家庭功能是失能老年人情绪社交孤独感的重要影响因素,家庭功能可独立解释失能老年人孤独感37.5%的变异量。结论农村失能老年人情绪社交孤独感较重,孤独感与家庭功能呈负相关。协助失能老年人建立良好的家庭功能有助于改善其孤独感。Objective To investigate emotional social loneliness of the disabled elderly in rural area,and to explore the impact of family function on emotional social loneliness.Methods A total of 329 disabled elderly living in rural areas of Kaifeng were selected by convenience sampling method.The general information questionnaire,Emotional Social Loneliness Inventory(ESLI)and family APGAR index(APGAR)were used to interview the participants.Results The total score of emotional social loneliness of rural disabled elderly was(30.72±15.24)points,and the total score of family function was(5.85±1.73)points.There were 129(39.2%)in the good family functioning group,and the emotional-social loneliness score of the disabled elderly in the good family functioning group was lower than that of the family dysfunction group(all P<0.01).The total score of loneliness and the scores of each dimension of the dysfunctional elderly were negatively correlated with family function,with correlation coefficients ranging from-0.180 to-0.909(all P<0.01).Stratified regression analysis showed that the degree of disability,relationship with caregivers,and family functioning were important influencing factors of emotional-social loneliness in disabled older adults,and family functioning could independently explain 37.5%of the variance in loneliness in disabled older adults.Conclusion Emotional and social loneliness was higher in rural elderly with disabilities,and loneliness was negatively associated with family functioning.Assisting the disabled elderly to establish good family functioning can help alleviate their loneliness.
