摘　　要：目的分析陕西省精神卫生资源分布的公平性,为政府优化精神卫生资源提供政策依据和参考。方法收集2017—2019年国家严重精神障碍信息系统报表,运用差别指数和集聚度的方法计算陕西省不同地市精神卫生资源的公平性,分析陕西省精神卫生资源配置的人口和地理公平性。结果2017—2019年陕西省精神卫生资源按地理分布的差别指数位于0.3-0.6,按人口分布均低于0.3。2019年关中地区医疗机构集聚度大于1,陕南和陕北地区均小于1,心理治疗师仅4个地市集聚度大于1。结论目前陕西省精神卫生资源地区间差异较大,政府需充分整合现有资源、优化配置,促进全省精神卫生服务能力公平发展。Objective To analyze equity of mental health resources distribution in Shaanxi Province and provide scientific evidence for the government to optimize mental health resources.Methods From 2017 to 2019,the national information system reports of severe mental disorders were collected,and the equity of mental health resources in different cities in Shaanxi Province was evaluated by difference index and agglomeration degree,and the demographic and geographic equity of mental health resources allocation in Shaanxi Province was analyzed.Results From 2017 to 2019,the difference index of mental health resources in Shaanxi Province by geographical distribution was between 0.3 to 0.6,and the difference index by population distribution was lower than 0.3.In 2019,the agglomeration degree of medical institutions in Guanzhong region was higher than 1,while those in both southern and northern Shaanxi were less than 1.The agglomeration degree of psychotherapists was higher than 1 in only four cities.Conclusion At present,mental health resources in Shaanxi Province are inadequate to meet people’s medical demands.The government should fully integrate the existing resources and optimize the allocation to promote mental health service capacity fairly in Shaanxi Province.
