摘　　要：研究母婴论坛中备孕女性的信息需求,对厘清备孕女性信息需求、进行有效咨询引导、论坛的主题分类和有效管理具有重要意义。本文选取了“太平洋亲子网”备孕论坛中604个帖子,通过对编码数据的统计,进行主题结构分析、聚焦群体分析和需求类别分析。研究表明,备孕女性信息需求主要包括生活习惯、疾病防治、身体状况、特殊情况和需求等四类需求主题。在女性备孕过程中,伴侣扮演着十分重要的角色,且她们在论坛中以获取信息支持为主,较少地表达自身情感。Research on the information needs of women who plan for pregnancy in maternal-fetal forum is of great significance for clarifying the information needs of them,conducting effective counseling and guidance,classifying subjects and managing forum effectively.In this paper,604 posts in the large domestic Internet maternal-fetal forum“The Pacific Ocean Maternal-Fetal Website”are selected to coded based on the theme.Subject structure analysis,focus group analysis and need category analysis are carried out through figuring out the coded data.Our research reveals four main categories of their information needs:needs around life and diet habits,needs around disease prevention and treatment,needs around physical conditions,needs around special conditions and needs.During the process of women’s pregnancy preparation,partners play an important role,and women mainly obtain information from the forum,and less express their emotions.
