摘 要:目的初步建立连云港地区健康成人尿液α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)的参考区间。方法选取2020年10—11月至连云港市第二人民医院体检中心健康体检的成人1019位,男505名,女514名,年龄(54.90±15.78)岁,年龄范围为20~79岁。检测参检者血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、尿素、肌酐、葡萄糖、总胆固醇和甘油三酯等常规生化指标,并比较尿液α1-MG的检测结果在各组间的差异。应用Kolmogorov-Smirnov方法对数据进行正态性检验,并建立连云港健康成人尿液α1-MG的参考区间。结果健康成人尿液α1-MG的分布呈非正态分布,男性组尿液α1-MG的浓度高于女性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。健康成人尿液α1-MG随着年龄的增长有升高的趋势,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。因此本研究依据性别不同建立健康成人尿液α1-MG的参考区间为男性<16.6 mg/L,女性<11.9 mg/L。结论本研究应用胶乳增强免疫比浊法初步建立了连云港地区健康成人尿液α1-MG的参考区间,进而为临床相关疾病的诊断、进展监测等提供了重要的参考价值。Objective This study aimed to establish a reference interval for the urineα1-microglobulin(α1-MG)of healthy adults in Lianyungang area.Methods From October to November 2020,a total of 1019 subjects who had a physical examination at the Physical Examination Center of the Second People′s Hospital of Lianyungang were selected,including 505 males and 514 females,with average age of(54.90±15.78)years old,ranging from 20 to 79 years old.Determination of routine biochemical indicators in the serum of the subjects such as alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),urea,creatinine,glucose,total cholesterol and triglycerides.Compare the difference of urineα1-MG between different groups.The Kolmogorov-Smirnov method was used to test the normality of the data,and the reference interval of the urineα1-MG of healthy adults in Lianyungang was established.Results The levels ofα1-MG in the urine of healthy adults showed a non-normal distribution.The concentration ofα1-MG in the urine of the male group was higher than that of the female group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The urineα1-MG of healthy adults tended to increase with age,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Therefore,our study established the reference interval for urineα1-MG based on gender as male<16.6 mg/L and female<11.9 mg/L.Conclusion The reference interval of urinaryα1-MG for healthy adults in Lianyungang area was preliminary established by using the latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetric method,which will provide important reference value for the diagnosis and progress monitoring of clinical related diseases.
