摘　　要：文章基于传统地铁车辆车钩钩尾座存在的一些不足,通过结构优化、有限元分析及试验验证,提出了一种新结构的钩尾座,解决了传统钩尾座只能采用内六角螺钉紧固而导致紧固工具易损坏及螺栓头与钩尾座壳体接触干涉问题。In view of the shortcomings of coupler yoke applied in metro vehicle,a new structure of coupler yoke is proposed through structural optimization,finite element analysis and test validation.It can solve the problems that the original coupler yoke can only be fastened by hexagon screw,which leads to the damage of fastening tools and the interference between the bolt head and the coupler yoke shell.
