基于Citespace的宅基地整理研究进展

摘　　要：为了解我国宅基地整理的研究现状及发展趋势,以"宅基地复垦"、"宅基地整理"、"宅基地重构"、"宅基地空间布局优化"、"农村居民点复垦"、"农村居民点整理"、"农村居民点重构"、"农村居民点空间布局优化"为搜索词,检索CNKI核心数据库1998—2020年发表的相关文献资料,并利用Citespace软件对获得的文献从发文量、合作特征、关键词、路径演进分析、突显词等方面进行可视化分析和文献梳理。结果表明:1)我国宅基地整理研究领域已受到国家层面的高度关注和重视,且合作团体已初步形成;2)当前研究热点主要集中在宅基地整理的潜力测算与规划、不同地区宅基地整理模式的探索以及宅基地整理相关政策的研究;3)宅基地整理目前分为3个发展阶段,分别为起步期(1998—2005年)、发展期(2006—2013年)、稳定期(2014—2020年),各时期侧重点有所不同。总之,当前宅基地整理的前期规划研究比较深入,未来应进一步开展中后期的整理措施以及整理模式研究,同时完善相关政策法律并兼顾农户意愿。In order to understand the research status and development trend of rural residential land consolidation in China,"homestead reclamation","homestead consolidation","homestead reconstruction","optimization of spatial layout of homestead","rural residential land reclamation","rural residential land consolidation","rural residential land reconstruction","optimization of spatial layout of rural residential land"were taken as keywords to search the relevant literature published from 1998 to 2020 in CNKI core database.Visual analysis and literature review from five aspects were conducted by using Citespace software,such as the number of articles published,cooperative characteristics,keywords,path evolution analysis and salient words.The results showed that:1)In China,the research field of rural residential land remediation was highly concerned and valued at the national level,and a few of cooperative groups were formed initially;2)Current research focused on the potential measurement and planning of rural residential land consolidation,the exploration of rural residential land consolidation models in different regions,and the related policy research of rural residential land consolidation;3)There are three development stages in the rural residential land consolidation research,namely,the initial stage(1998-2005),the development stage(2006-2013),and the stable stage(2014-2020).In conclusion,It was found that there is more in-depth research in the early stage of the planning of current land consolidation area.Future research can be implemented to the later period of consolidation measures and arrangement mode of exploring,at the same time the research on policy and law needs to be further implemented.
