摘  要:针对某厂螺纹钢生产中出现的冷弯断裂等质量问题,利用光谱分析、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等手段对断裂钢筋的化学成分、显微组织及夹杂物等进行了分析。结果表明,钢中大尺寸的硅酸盐类夹杂物及成分偏析是导致冷弯断裂的主要原因。根据现场实际生产情况,通过延长钢包底吹时间,优化钢包底吹工艺参数,严控转炉冶炼过程,基本消除了螺纹钢冷弯断裂现象,由此引起的质量异议也降至几乎为零。该研究对螺纹钢HRB400E生产过程中冷弯断裂问题的解决具有一定的指导意义。Aiming at the cold bending fracture in the production of deformed steel bar in a factory,the chemical composition,microstructure and inclusions of the broken rebar are analyzed by means of spectral analysis,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer.The results show that the large silicate inclusions and component segregation in the steel are the main causes of cold bending fracture.According to the actual production situation on site,the cold bending fracture of rebar is basically eliminated by prolonging the ladle bottom blowing time,optimizing the ladle bottom blowing process parameters and strictly controlling the converter smelting process,and the quality objection caused thereby is almost zero.The research has certain guiding significance for cold bending fracture in the production of deformed bar HRB400E.
