摘  要:介绍了河钢唐钢新区采用KR-BOF-RH-CC工艺,生产超低碳深冲钢基板SPHETi-3过程中存在的问题以及采取的优化措施。通过选用优质原辅料,优化铁水保温及预处理,加强转炉、RH精炼炉和连铸工序控制,生产的SPHETi-3钢中碳、磷、硫分别控制在0.0035%、0.009%和0.008%以下,氮和全氧含量均在0.0035%以内,其中碳含量最低可达到0.0012%,硫最低可达到0.003%。在不更换浸入式水口情况下,连浇炉数由3炉提高到7炉,产品质量得到了用户认可。The problems and optimization measures in the production of ultra-low carbon deep drawing steel substrate SPHETi-3 by KR-BOF-RH-CC process in HBIS Tangsteel New District are introduced.By selecting high-quality raw and auxiliary materials,optimizing hot metal insulation and pretreatment,and strengthening the control of converter,RH refining furnace and continuous casting process,the carbon,phosphorus and sulfur in SPHETi-3 steel are controlled below 0.0035%,0.009%and 0.008%respectively,the nitrogen and total oxygen contents are within 0.0035%,of which the minimum carbon content can reach 0.0012%and the minimum sulfur content can reach 0.003%.Without replacing the submerged nozzle,the number of continuous casting furnaces has been increased from 3 to 7,and the product quality has been recognized by users.
