摘  要:针对低碳钢酸洗板边部翘皮缺陷,分别从显微组织、化学成分和铸坯边部质量3个方面进行了分析。通过对比验证,明确了铸坯边部角横裂是边部翘皮缺陷产生的原因。调整结晶器与二冷段冷却水模式、辊缝对中后,有效改善了铸坯角横裂缺陷,解决了低碳钢酸洗板边部翘皮缺陷。Aiming at the edge warping defect of low carbon steel pickling plate,it is analyzed from three aspects:microstructure,chemical composition and slab edge quality.Through comparison and verification,it is clear that the transverse corner crack of billet edge is the cause of edge warping defect.Through adjusting the cooling water mode between the mold and the secondary cooling section and aligning the roll gap,the corner transverse crack defect of the billet is effectively improved and the edge warping defect of the low carbon steel pickling plate is solved.
