稳压管特性曲线的双支路示波器显示方法

摘　　要：伏安特性曲线反映了元件在电路中的基本工作特性。利用示波器实时快速显示元件的伏安特性曲线,是示波器最好的实用例证之一。文中提出一种新的利用示波器显示稳压管伏安特性曲线的测量电路-双支路测量电路。这种双支路测量电路,是在原有测量电路的基础上,增加一个支路,使得电路中存在两个测量支路。分别在两个支路提取与待测元件的电压、电流相关的信号接入示波器,即可显示元件特性曲线。实验证明这是一种非常有效的方法,可以解决由于信号源及示波器的接地结构带来的相关问题。这种思路也可以为示波器应用于磁滞回线、三极管输出特性曲线等的显示提供借鉴。Voltage current characteristic curve reflects basic working characteristics of components in circuit.To display voltage current characteristic curve of components in real time by oscilloscope is one of the best practical examples of oscilloscope.A new measuring circuit by double oscilloscope to display voltage current characteristic curve of voltage regulator was presented.A measuring branch was added based on original measuring circuit in terms of such double branch measuring circuit,so that there are two measuring branches in circuit.Two signals related to voltage and current of components to be measured were obtained and connected to oscilloscope respectively,and characteristic curves of components could be displayed.The experiments showed that this is a very effective way,which can solve related problems caused by grounding structure of signal source and oscilloscope skillfully.This idea can also provide reference for application of oscilloscope in hysteresis loop and triode output characteristic curve.
