摘  要:为了满足高精度多目标激光测距的需求,设计了一种高精度激光脉冲测距电路。电路采用高分辨率的时间-数字转换芯片TDC-GP22测量脉冲时间间隔,同时采用STM32F051K8U6作为主控芯片,实现了对最多三个脉冲时间间距的高精度测量。根据TDC-GP22的特点,设计了激光测距的硬件电路以及其软件控制流程,在试验中发现问题,通过对这些问题进行的分析,对电路做出改进,使电路达到应用要求。实验结果表明,该电路测距稳定性高,测量精度可以到达1 ns以内,对应的距离小于0.15 m。In order to meet the requirements of multi-target laser range finding with high precision,a high-precision circuit is designed for pulsed laser range finding. The Time-to-Digital chip,TDC-GP22,is used for time interval measurement between pulses. Meanwhile,STM32 F051 K8 U6 is used as the main control chip and finally the high-precision time interval measurement between pulses,which has three results at most,is achieved. According to the features of TDC-GP22,hardware and software of the circuit used for laser range finding are designed. Then problems of the circuit are found in experiments. Through the analysis of these problems,the circuit is improved to meet the requirements of application. Experimental results show that the circuit has high stability on range finding and the accuracy of the measurement can reach below 1 ns,which is corresponding to 0. 15 m.
