摘  要:针对传统光纤位移传感器信号采集系统因硬件易受到外界电磁干扰,导致系统采集信号的精度低、传输时延较长等问题,提出设计嵌入式光纤位移传感器信号采集系统。在传统系统硬件基础上,硬件设计以FPGA芯片为核心,结合信号调理电路、数模转换电路等外围电路共同构成。通过细分光纤位移传感器探头输出光纤信号,提高位移信号采集的分辨率。对信号进行时频域处理后,由上位机程序读取数字信号,显示传感器测量值,完成系统设计。实验结果表明:设计的信号采集系统采集时间短、采集信号的失真度和误差较低。Aiming at the problems of the traditional optical fiber displacement sensor signal acquisition system,such as low precision and long transmission delay,due to the hardware vulnerability to external electromagnetic interference,the embedded optical fiber displacement sensor signal acquisition system is proposed in this paper. On the basis of the traditional system hardware,the hardware design is composed of FPGA chip as the core,combined with signal conditioning circuit,digital-to-analog conversion circuit and other peripheral circuits. By subdividing the optical fiber displacement sensor probe to output optical fiber signal,the resolution of displacement signal acquisition is improved.After the signal is processed in time-frequency domain,the digital signal is read by the upper computer program,and the measured value of the sensor is displayed to complete the system design. The experimental results show that the signal acquisition system designed in this paper has short acquisition time and low distortion and error.
