摘 要:在电解锰浸出液中,Mn ^(2+)、Mg ^(2+)、NH^(+)_(4)初始浓度分别为28,20,30 g/L时,研究结晶温度、蒸发瓶转速、结晶时间、有无晶种对复盐体系结晶的影响。结果表明,随着结晶温度的提高,锰、镁、铵结晶率呈快速上升趋势;随着转速和结晶时间的提高,锰、镁、铵结晶率整体呈缓慢上升趋势;相较无晶种添加,添加8%晶种时,可小幅提高体系结晶率。复盐体系锰、镁、铵结晶的最佳工艺条件为:结晶温度为55℃,转速为90 r/min,结晶时间为60 min,添加8%晶种,此时,复盐体系锰、镁、铵结晶率分别为68.05%,97.59%,94.81%,效果较好。In the electrolytic manganese leaching solution,when the initial concentration of Mn ^(2+),Mg ^(2+)and NH^(+)_(4) are 28,20,30 g/L respectively,the effects of crystallization temperature,rotation speed,crystallization time and the presence or absence of crystal seeds on the crystallization properties of double salt system were studied.The results showed that the crystallization rate of manganese,magnesium and ammonium increased rapidly with the increase of crystallization temperature.The crystallization rate of manganese,magnesium and ammonium rose slowly with the increase of rotating speed and crystallization time.Compared with no seed addition,the crystallization rate of the system was slightly increased by 8%seed addition.The optimum technological conditions for the crystallization of manganese,magnesium and ammonium in the double salt system were as follows:the crystallization temperature was 55℃,the rotation speed was 90 r/min,the crystallization time was 60 min,and 8%seed was added.At this time,the crystallization rates of manganese,magnesium and ammonium in the double salt system were 68.05%,97.59%and 94.81%,respectively,which showed good results.
