摘 要:研究以典型农业废弃物花生壳为原材料,采用限氧升温法在200,450℃下分别热解2,6 h制备4种生物炭,基于对4种生物炭元素组成和表面性质进行分析的基础上,比较不同制备条件下生物炭对邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)的吸附性能差异。结果表明,4种花生壳生物炭的元素含量大小为C>O>H>N,随着热解温度的升高,生物炭中碳元素含量显著增高,氢、氧、氮3种元素的含量明显下降,生物炭的芳香性增强且极性减弱,而热解时间对元素含量的影响较小。花生壳生物炭的比表面积、微孔面积和微孔孔容均随热解温度的升高而增加。4种花生壳生物炭对DMP的吸附均符合Freundlich方程,花生壳生物炭制备温度越高,其吸附能力越强,吸附过程呈现明显的非线性特征。对实现花生壳资源化利用和水体有机污染物治理方面具有良好的借鉴意义。Four kinds of biochars were prepared by pyrolysis of peanut hulls from agricultural wastes for 200,450℃for 2 h and 6 h respectively.Built on the analysis of the composition and surface properties of four kinds of biochars,the adsorption of dimethyl phthalate on biochars under different preparation conditions was compared.The results showed that the elemental content of the four-peanut shell biochars was C>O>H>N.With the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the carbon content in the biochars increased significantly,while the contents of hydrogen,oxygen and nitrogen decreased dramatically.The aromaticity and polarity of the biochars increased,while the influence of pyrolysis time on the elemental content was low.The specific surface area,micropore area and micropore volume of peanut shell biochar built up over the increase of pyrolysis temperature.The adsorption of DMP by the four kinds of peanut shell biochar conformed to the Freundlich equation.The higher the preparation temperature of peanut shell biochar,the stronger its adsorption capacity.The adsorption process of high temperature biochar showed obvious non-linear characteristics.It has a good reference significance for realizing resource litilization of peanut shell and treating organic pollutants in water body.
