摘 要:采用Fenton氧化法对橡胶硫化促进剂生产废水进行预处理,考察了酸析法以及H 2O_(2)投加量、Fe ^(2+)投加量、pH值、反应时间对Fenton氧化法COD去除率的影响。结果表明,Fenton氧化法处理该废水的最佳反应条件为:pH值为3,H 2O_(2)投加量为55 mL/L,Fe ^(2+)投加量为2.8 g/L,反应时间为40 min。此时COD的去除率达82.91%。将酸析与Fenton氧化法联合后COD的去除率可达到85.78%,效果良好,为后续蒸发结晶分离氯化钠、硫酸钠奠定了基础。The rubber accelerator wastewater was pretreatmented by using Fenton oxidation method.Studied on the effects of acid precipitation,the dosages of H 2O_(2),the dosages of Fe ^(2+),pH and reaction time on COD removal rate.The results showed that when the pH was 3,the dosages of H 2O_(2) were 55 mL/L,the dosages of Fe ^(2+)were 2.8 g/L and the reaction time were 40 min,the COD removal rate was ideal,the COD removal rate up to 82.91%.Combine the acid precipitation with Fenton oxidation,the COD was better removal,and the COD removal rate was 85.78%,the effect is good,which lays a foundation for the subsequent evaporation and crystallization separation of chloride sodium and sulfate sodium.
