摘  要:以嵌段共聚物P188为模板,以焦磷酸铈钠为载体,制备钒氧化物为活性组分的VO_(x)/焦磷酸铈催化剂。采用XRD、N_(2)吸附-脱附、TEM、XPS和H_(2)-TPR等进行表征,并把材料应用于丙烷氧化脱氢反应中,600℃条件下,丙烷转化率达41.57%,丙烯选择性78.06%,产率高达32.45%。优良的催化效能主要归因于焦磷酸铈钠、钒氧化物和钠物种的协同效应。The sodium cerium pyrophosphate as the carrier,the vanadium oxide as active components of VO_(x)/sodium cerium pyrophosphate catalysts were prepared by the“one pot”processing and using the block copolymer P188 as template.Catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction,the surface area analysis according to N_(2) sorption-desorption analysis,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and H_(2)-TPR.Synthesized catalyst material was also applied for the oxidative dehydrogenation(ODH)of propane to propene.Under the condition of 600℃,the propane conversion rate of catalyst was 41.57%,propylene selectivity is 78.06%and the yield was 32.45%.The excellent catalytic result is mainly attributed to the synergistic effect of the sodium cerium pyrophosphate,vanadium oxide and Na species.
