摘  要:阐述了DTC类螯合剂的合成机理,介绍了DTC类螯合剂制备方法,对比了硫光气法、黄原酸酯氨解法、叔胺法和伯(仲)胺-CS_(2)法的优缺点,归纳了不同制备方法、条件对螯合性能的影响,列举了小分子与高分子DTC类螯合剂的研究现状,分析了分子量对DTC类螯合剂性能的影响,总结了DTC类螯合剂制备过程中原料的结构、NaOH和CS_(2)投加量以及反应温度对螯合性能的影响,简述了DTC类螯合剂与离子态及络合态重金属的螯合反应机理和再生利用性能,指出了简化制备工艺、开发成本低、高效可再生的DTC类螯合剂是今后此类螯合剂的发展方向与研究重点。The synthesis mechanism of DTC chelating agent is described,the preparation method of DTC chelating agent is introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of thiophosgene method,xanthate aminolysis method,tertiary amine method and primary(secondary)amine-CS_(2) method are compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of the method are summarized.The effects of different preparation methods and conditions on the chelating performance are listed.The research status of small molecule and polymer DTC chelating agents is listed.The influence of molecular weight on the performance of DTC chelating agents is analyzed.The raw materials in the preparation process of DTC chelating agents are summarized.The structure,the dosage of NaOH and CS_(2) and the effect of reaction temperature on the chelating performance.The chelating reaction mechanism and regeneration performance of DTC chelating agents with ionic and complex heavy metals are briefly described.The simplified preparation process,the development of low-cost,efficient and renewable DTC chelating agents is the future development direction and research focus of such chelating agents.
