摘  要:研究发光反应条件、水质条件和试剂存放对三磷酸腺苷(ATP)荧光在线监测水样中细菌ATP含量的影响。结果表明,采用间隔5 s连续读数方式测量发光强度的最大发光值,能够缩短静态ATP测试时间;不同水样同量细菌的测试结果有明显差异,水质类型对检测菌量的结果有一定的干扰。室温光照条件连续使用的检测试剂会产生显著衰变,相对发光强度仅为原来的50%~60%,应及时更新ATP标样曲线,将测样结果的相对发光强度(RLU)转化为ATP物质的量后,再作为细菌量指标。The influence of emitting light reaction condition,water quality and reagent storage on the on-line monitoring of bacterial ATP content in water samples by ATP fluorescence was investigated.The result showed that the maximum reading-result from taking readings every 5 s helped in a faster detection of ATP detection.Furthermore,the different samples inoculated the same bacteria quantity was tested by ATP detection,and significant difference was observed in detection results.Hence,the water quality difference may disturb the ATP detection effect on quantifying bacteria concentration.Detection reagents were shown to decay used continuously under room temperature and day light.Relative light units detected with the decayed detection reagent comprising as much as 50%~60%of the normal ATP detection.To solve this problem,the ATP-RLU standard curves should be built and updated timely to transform RLU into ATP,which representing bacteria quantity.
