摘　　要：志愿服务组织在社会多元化治理中发挥着巨大的作用。面对志愿服务组织在成长的过程中遇到的问题和障碍,应该积极探索改善策略,为志愿服务组织引入支持系统理论及个人成果评量体系、推广标准的组织管理架构、建立完善的本土服务理念体系、发展行业服务平台,帮助组织扩展外部资源等方面的工作。Voluntary service organizations play an increasingly important role in social diversified governance.However,in the face of the problems and constraints in the process of development,we should actively explore improvement strategies,for example,introduce support system theory and individual achievement evaluation system,promote standard organizational management structure,establish a sound local service concept system,develop industry service platforms,and help organizations expand external resources.
