黑龙江省农村供水工程运行管理情况调查分析

摘　　要：为探明黑龙江省农村集中供水工程运行管理现状,对饮水安全、水费收缴、供水时长、供水工程管理、贫困人口饮水安全及群众满意度等情况进行了调查分析。研究结果表明,调查的427处农村集中供水工程中水质、水量、用水方便程度、供水保证率合格率分别为94.6%、98.8%、99.5%和99.5%,贫困人口饮水安全度为100%,农村饮水安全有保证。运行管理良好工程350处,比例为82.0%,工程运行管理总体良好。In order to find out the operation and management status of Heilongjiang Province rural centralized water supply project,the drinking water safety,water fee collection,water supply duration,water supply project management,drinking water safety of poor people and people's satisfaction were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that,in the 427 rural centralized water supply projects investigated,the qualified rates of water quality,water quantity,water convenience and water supply guarantee rate were 94.6%,98.8%,99.5%and 99.5%,respectively,the drinking water safety of the poor was 100%,Rural drinking water safety was guaranteed.There were 350 projects with good operation and management,accounting for 82.0%.
