摘 要:为避免工业废水直接排放污染环境,常将不能处理的废水临时贮放在防渗性能良好的废水池中。为了避免防渗层被自然或人为等外界因素损伤,往往在防渗层上设计护坡等保护层。本文在对其病害情况多年追踪的基础上,结合护坡结构和寒区池水冰的作用力分析,对其护坡的破坏机理进行了分析。该护坡的破坏机理主要分三个阶段,首先冰拔和冰推作用导致水位变幅区砂浆层脱落,变幅区上方面板隆起;其次变幅区砌石和砂垫层因冰拔或浪淘作用而被淘空或移位;最后界面摩阻力降低,水位变幅区上方的干砌石产生滑塌,并给防渗层的土工膜带来风险。在日常修复中,因没能从机理上阻隔,出现了屡修屡坏的现象。该研究可为相近条件下护坡的设计与修复提供有益参考。In order to protect the environment,the produced waste water was usually stored in the wastewater pond with seepage barrier.To prevent the damage of seepage barrier,one protection layer was usually covered on the seepage barrier.Based on the phenomenon of the process of failure and remediation,according to the structure of its protection cover and the force of ice applied to the cover,this paper investigated the failure mechanism of the protection cover.The development of the failure can be classified into 3 stages,at first,the drawing and pushing of ice induced the failure and dropping of slurry layer near the variance area;at second,the block and the underlying sand was moved due to the drawing ice and scouring of stored waste water;at last,the friction decreased and the blocks above the variance area slid down,the sharp edge of the blocks threaten the geomembrane.In the remediation,the failure mechanism was not prevented,so the protection cover failed again and again.The research is valuable to the future design and remediation of protection cover of wastewater pond in cold area.
