摘　　要：世界范围内,慢性肾脏病(CKD)是导致人类死亡的第16位原因。CKD具有高发病率、低知晓率和低诊断率特点,其呈进行性、不可逆性进展,目前缺乏有效的根治手段,一旦进展至终末期肾脏病(ESRD),只能进行肾脏替代治疗,消耗极大的人力、物力和财力,为家庭、社会和国家造成了极大负担。目前,必须建立并完善CKD防治及管理体系,形成符合国情及地区特点的模式,政府(社保)对CKD管理投入需要加大,改进相应付费制度,鼓励各区域建立涵盖各级医院的专科联盟体系,各级医院建立CKD管理团队,实施整体肾脏照护,以防止CKD相关的不良结局。Worldwide,chronic kidney disease(CKD)is the 16th leading cause of human death.CKD has the characteristics of high incidence rate,low awareness rate and low diagnostic rate.It is progressive and irreversible.Currently,there is no effective radical cure for it.Once it progresses to end stage renal disease(ESRD),only renal replacement therapy is available,which consumes a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources,and creates a great burden for the family,society and the country.Thus,CKD prevention and management system must be established and improved.Models caters to China’s national conditions and regional characteristics should be developed.Government(social security)investment in CKD management needs to be increased.Corresponding payment system should be improved.Regional specialized alliance system covering hospitals at all levels should be encouraged.The establishment of CKD management teams in hospitals at all levels should be encouraged.Comprehensive renal care needs to be implemented.With effective efforts,CKD related adverse consequences can be prevented.
