浅谈基于医院资源规划的医院财务信息共享

摘　　要：医院信息化是医疗体制改革的重要工具,是医院提升管理水平、强化核心竞争力的基础。医院资源规划(HRP)系统建设通过对信息流、资金流、物流的高度整合实现信息共享,实现信息及时渗透与流通。本文分析了构建基于HRP的医院财务信息共享平台的意义,剖析了目前公立医院财务信息建设现状以及存在“信息孤岛”等信息建设问题,并在此基础上,提出了HRP的方案设计,通过业务系统、核算系统、预算系统、物资系统等系统的集成,提高信息共享度,促进业财融合,提升医院资源效益。Hospital informatization is an important tool for the reform of medical system.It is also the basis for the hospital to improve its management level and strengthen its core competitiveness.The construction of hospital resource planning(HRP)system realizes information sharing and timely infiltration and circulation by highly integrating information flow,capital flow and logistics.This paper analyzes the significance of building a hospital financial information sharing platform based on HRP,analyzes the current situation of financial information construction in public hospitals and the existing information construction problems such as“information isolated island”,and puts forward the HRP scheme design on this basis.Through the integration of business system,accounting system,budget system,material system and so on,the information sharing degree would be improved,the integration of industry and finance would be promoted,and the efficiency of hospital resources would be improved.
