摘　　要：脱贫攻坚是桐柏县的头等大事和第一民生工程,桐柏县水利局按照县委、县政府脱贫攻坚决策部署的要求,把保障建档立卡贫困群众安全饮水作为水利行业政策扶贫重要任务来抓,县水利局全员参与,举全局之力扎实有效推进农村饮水安全工程建设,为改善群众生产生活条件,打赢脱贫攻坚战、全面建成小康社会提供有力水利支撑,同时加大驻村工作队和结对帮扶工作的力度。Poverty alleviation is the first priority and people’s livelihood project. According to the requirements of the decision-making and deployment of the county Party committee and the county government,the water resources bureau of Tongbai County takes ensuring the safe drinking water of the poor people who register files and file cards as an important task of Poverty Alleviation Policies in the water conservancy industry. With the participation of county water conservancy bureau,the overal strength is used to solidly and effectively promote the construction of rural drinking water safety project,so as to provide strong water conservancy support for improving the production and living conditions,winning the battle of poverty,and building a well-off society in an all-round way. At the same time,efforts are made to strengthen the intensity of the village working teams and pairing support work.
