摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,人们居住环境也出现了多方面的问题。环境管理问题已经成为社会发展的一个重大热点。在水利工程建设中,如果疏于对施工现场环境的管理,就会对周围环境造成很大程度上的影响。因此,文章以淮南寿县"八小水利"工程为例,对于水利工程建设中的环境管理进行了一定的分析,并把环境管理纳入水利工程建设中的一部分,并探讨水利工程建设中环境管理的相关措施,以实现保护环境、改善环境的目的。With the development of economy and society,there are many problems in people’s living environment. Environmental management has become a hot issue in society development. In the construction of water conservancy projects,if the management of the environment of construction site is neglected,it will have a great impact on the surrounding environment. Therefore,taking eight kinds of small water conservancy projects in Shou County as example,the environmental management in the construction of water conservancy projects is analyzed in this paper. The environmental management is concluded into a part of the construction of water conservancy projects in this paper. Moreover,the relevant measures of environmental management in water conservancy project construction are also discussed in this paper,so as to achieve the purpose of protecting and improving the environment.
