尿毒症患者血液透析引起眼压波动的原因分析及护理干预的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在尿毒症血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2020年10月江西省第五人民医院的64例血液透析治疗≥3个月的尿毒症患者(128眼),按照随机数字表法将其分为干预组(32例,64眼)和对照组(32例,64眼)。干预组实施综合护理干预,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组血液透析前后的眼压波动情况及治疗依从性、护理满意度。结果两组护理前的眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组护理后的眼压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在尿毒症血液透析患者的应用,能促进眼压改善,提高治疗依从性,增加满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with uremic hemodialysis.Methods A total of 64 patients(128 eyes)with uremia who underwent hemodialysis treatment for more than 3 months in Jiangxi Fifth People′s Hospital from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the intervention group(n=32,64 eyes)and the control group(n=32,64 eyes)by random number table method.The patients in the intervention group were provided with comprehensive nursing care,and in the control group was provided with routine nursing.The fluctuations of intraocular pressure before and after hemodialysis,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction between the patients of two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in intraocular pressure(IOP)between patients of the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The IOP of the intervention group after nursing was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with uremic hemodialysis can promote the improvement of intraocular pressure,improve treatment compliance,and increase satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
