摘  要:使用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备了碳纤维/尼龙66复合材料,研究了碳纤维含量对碳纤维/尼龙66复合材料性能的影响。加工工艺对碳纤维/尼龙66复合材料的性能有较大的影响,合适的注塑工艺有助于达到最佳的力学性能。结果表明,碳纤维对尼龙66有显著的增强作用,30%碳纤维增强PA66的综合性能最为平衡。碳纤维和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的加入,可以有效改善尼龙66的摩擦性能。探讨了PA66+CF+PTFE体系摩擦性能优良的机理:碳纤维的硬度高于基体尼龙66的硬度,其石墨结构具有一定的自润滑作用,再加之PTFE的润滑效果使该体系具有优异的耐摩擦性能。In this study,the carbon fiber reinforced nylon 66 composite was prepared by melt blending with twin-screw extruder.The effect of carbon fiber content on the properties of carbon fiber/nylon 66 composites was studied.The process technology had great effect on the properties of carbon fiber/nylon 66 composite,and the suitable injection process could achieve the best mechanical properties.The research results show that carbon fiber has a significant reinforcing effect on nylon 66,and the comprehensive performance of 30%carbon fiber reinforced PA66 is the most balanced.The addition of carbon fiber and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)could effectively improve the friction performance,and the mechanism is discussed.The hardness of carbon fiber is higher than that of nylon 66,its graphite structure has a certain self-lubricating effect,and the lubrication effect of PTFE making the system has excellent friction resistance.
