摘  要:盘式注射成型机是一种新型微注射成型机,对其熔融过程的研究较少。实验研究了高密度聚乙烯材料在盘式注射成型机磨盘内的熔融过程,探讨了定盘温度、动盘转速、动定盘间隙对熔融过程的影响规律,随着定盘温度的增大,磨盘内相同位置的熔池宽度变大,随着动盘转速、动定盘间隙的增大,磨盘内相同位置的熔池宽度变小,分析了盘式注射成型机的熔融机理。Disc type injection molding machine was a new type of micro-injection molding machine,and there was a lack of research on its melting process.The thesis experimentally studied the melting process of high-density polyethylene material in the grinding plate of the disc type injection molding machine,and discussed the influence of the fixed plate temperature,the rotating speed of the rotating plate,and the clearance between the rotating plate and the fixed plate on the melting process.With the increase of the temperature of the fixed plate,the width of the molten pool at the same positions in the grinding plate became larger.And with the increase of the rotating speed or the clearance between the rotating plate and the fixed plate,the width of the molten pool at the same positions in the grinding plate became smaller.And the melting mechanism of the disc type injection molding machine was analyzed.
