摘 要:为分析中石化某公司低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)生产线中超高压压缩机管道振动问题,开展超高压压缩机管道压力气流脉动测量方法研究。对于现场的超高压管道(最高260 MPa),采用了一种基于“应变-压力”换算关系的非侵入式压力测量方法,通过测量管道内压引起的外壁面应变,建立应变与压力的一一对应关系,从而获取超高压管道的内部压力。经现场实验,分别验证该方法在动态压力测量幅值和频率的准确性,为超高压管道动态压力测量提供了一种高效、可靠和安全的测量方法。In order to analyze the vibration problem of hyper compressor pipeline in a low-density polyethylene(LDPE)production line of a Sinopec company,the pressure flow pulsation test method of hyper compressor pipeline was studied.A non-invasive pressure measurement method based on the“strain-pressure”conversion relationship was adopted for the hyper pipeline(up to 260 MPa).By measuring the external wall strain caused by the internal pressure of the pipeline,the one-to-one correspondence between the strain and the pressure was established to obtain the internal pressure of the hyper pipeline.Through field experiments,the accuracy of this method in measuring amplitude and frequency of dynamic pressure was verified respectively,which provided an efficient,reliable and safe test method for measuring dynamic pressure of ultra-high pressure pipeline.
