摘  要:利用NX1851三维造型软件,对汽车尾门拉手进行基本设计,获得了分型面的最佳位置。利用CAD Doctor 2016模型修补软件,对汽车尾门拉手进行模型优化,通过Moldflow2021,获得了最佳浇口位置。设置了前模抽芯、斜导柱侧向抽芯、气动平衡抽芯,在开模力的作用下,前模抽芯及左右两侧斜导柱抽芯,同时抽芯。设计了T型滑槽,能够将滑块的直线运动,转换成入子的斜向运动。经检测,制品在检具中缝隙均匀,没有翘曲等缺陷,验证了热流道结合冷流道的合理性,各抽芯机构满足抽芯要求,分型面选择合理。Using NX18513D modeling software,the basic design of the tailgate handle was carried out,and the best position of parting surface was obtained.Computer aided design(CAD)Doctor 2016 model repair software was used to optimize the model of the rear door handle of the automobile,and the optimal gate position was obtained through Moldflow2021.The front mold core pulling,inclined guide pillar lateral core pulling and pneumatic balance core pulling were set,under the action of die opening force,the front mold core pulling and left and right sides of the inclined guide pillar core pulling,at the same time.T-shaped chute was designed to convert the linear motion of the slider into the oblique motion of the inlet.It is verified that the hot runner combined with the cold runner is reasonable,each core-pulling mechanism meets the core-pulling requirements,and the parting surface selection is reasonable.
