摘 要:为提高医用薄壁球囊壁厚均匀性,揭示其受拉伸吹塑成型工艺的影响,以目标壁厚0.02 mm的消化道扩张手术用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄壁球囊为研究对象,通过设计交互正交试验方案、数值模拟计算以及统计分析,研究了成型温度、成型压力和拉伸速度三个工艺参数对薄壁球囊壁厚均匀性的影响及其耦合作用,并进行了工艺优化和实验验证。结果表明,拉伸速度,成型温度和成型压力对薄壁球囊壁厚均匀性影响依次减弱;成型温度和拉伸速度的交互作用对薄壁球囊壁厚均匀性的影响明显,且大于各单一因素;成型温度110℃,成型压力1.6 MPa和拉伸速度60 mm/s为优化参数组合,数值模拟壁厚均匀性结果为90.97%,与实验结果91.34%相比差别较小。研究结果为薄壁球囊成型工艺分析与优化提供基础。The influence of the three process parameters of molding temperature,molding pressure and stretching speed of the stretch blow molding process on the uniformity of thin-walled balloon wall thickness and their coupling effects were researched taking the polyethylene terephthalate(PET)thin-walled balloon for gastrointestinal dilation surgery with a target wall thickness of 0.02 mm as the research object to improve the uniformity of the thickness of the medical thin-walled balloon and reveal the influence of the stretch blow molding process through the design of interactive orthogonal experiment scheme and numerical simulation calculation and statistical analysis,and optimization and experimental verification of the process were performed.The experimental results show that the influence of stretching speed,molding temperature and molding pressure on the thickness uniformity of thin-walled balloons decreases in order.The interaction of molding temperature and stretching speed has obvious influence on the uniformity of thin-walled balloon wall thickness,and is greater than any single factor.The molding temperature of 110℃,the molding pressure of 16 MPa and the stretching speed of 60 mm/s are optimized parameter combinations.The numerical simulation result of wall thickness uniformity is 90.97%,which has small difference comparing with the experimental result of 91.34%.The research results provide a basis for the analysis and optimization of the thin-walled balloon molding process.
