摘  要:利用吐温20与环氧树脂E-44接枝反应,成功合成了具有亲水性的环氧树脂乳化剂,然后通过相反转的方式制备环氧乳液,在极大程度上保留环氧树脂特性的同时引入亲水链段。通过控制亲水的乳化剂与环氧树脂比例来控制最终涂层的表面润湿性,解决了因为亲水基团过多而造成的涂层硬度低、耐磨差的问题,最终得到能应用于塑料基材的耐磨防雾涂料。The grafting reaction of Tween 20 and epoxy resin E-44 was used to successfully synthesize a hydrophilic non-ionic epoxy resin emulsifier,and then the epoxy emulsion was prepared by the reverse method,to a great extent retaining the characteristics of epoxy resin and the hydrophilic segments were introduced.By controlling the ratio of hydrophilic emulsifier and epoxy resin to control the surface wettability of the final coating,the problem of low coating hardness and poor wear resistance caused by too many hydrophilic groups was solved.Finally,a transparent,wear-resistant and anti-fog coating which could be applied to plastic substrates was obtained.
