新疆阿勒泰地区O、A型口蹄疫血清抗体监测

摘　　要：为及时掌握阿勒泰地区动物(牛、羊、猪)口蹄疫免疫效果,研究对2021年1月至5月新疆阿勒泰地区7个区域(A、B、C、D、E、F、G)1586份血样进行O、A型口蹄疫血清抗体合格率监测分析。结果显示:O型口蹄疫免疫合格率为86.51%,A型口蹄疫免疫合格率为86.13%;其中,牛、羊、猪的O、A型口蹄疫免疫合格率均为80.00%以上;各地区牛、羊、猪的个体免疫合格率均大于70%,符合我国规定的口蹄疫免疫抗体的群体免疫合格率70%的标准。但是,对于G区,O、A型口蹄疫合格率均较低,必要时仍需加强免疫1次。研究表明,当地对O、A型口蹄疫的免疫工作的开展扎实有效,免疫密度和质量效果相对较好,但部分地区仍需加强。In order to timely grasp the effect of animal(cattle,sheep,pig)foot-and-mouth disease immunity in Altay region,the study conducted 1586 copies of seven regions(A,B,C,D,E,F,G)in Altay region of Xinjiang from January to May 2021.The blood samples were monitored and analyzed for the qualification rate of serum antibodies of type O and A foot-and-mouth disease.The results showed that the qualified rate of immunization against foot-and-mouth disease type O was 86.51%,and that of type A foot-and-mouth disease immunization was 86.13%.The qualified rate of immunization against foot-and-mouth disease type O and A for cattle,sheep and pigs were all over 80.00%.The individual immunization qualification rates of cattle,sheep and pig in various regions are all higher than 70%,which meets the 70%qualification rate of foot-and-mouth disease immune antibodies in Chine.However,for the G area,the pass rates of O and A foot-and-mouth disease were relatively low,and a booster immunization is required if necessary.The study indicates that the local immunization work for the disease is solid and effective,and the immunization density and quality are relatively good,but some areas still need to be strengthened.
