鸡大肠杆菌噬菌体生物特性的研究及临床应用

摘　　要：研究采用前期试验分离到的大肠杆菌噬菌体进行试验,通过检测噬菌体生物特性从而指导制定噬菌体临床预防和治疗试验。结果表明,噬菌体在pH值4~9、热稳定性在37℃以下、0~75 min为1个生长周期,最佳感染复数为1,此时噬菌体的效价稳定性最好;通过攻毒预试验和治疗试验,预防组效果不明显,存活率为55%;灌胃口服C、D和E组治疗效果为高剂量组比低剂量组效果好,存活率分别为60%、75%和80%;注射治疗组效果最好,存活率为85%。研究表明,噬菌体有治疗禽大肠杆菌病的作用。The study used Escherichia coli phage isolated from previous experiments to conduct experiments,and guided the formulation of clinical prevention and treatment trials of bacteriophages by detecting the biological characteristics of the bacteriophages.The results showed that the phage had a pH value of 4~9,thermal stability below 30℃,a growth cycle of 0~75 min,and the optimal multiplicity of infection was 1.At this time,the phage had the best titer stability.In trials and treatment trials,the effect of the prevention group was not very significant,with a survival rate of 55%.The therapeutic effect of the high-dose group was better than that of the low-dose group in groups C,D and E by oral administration.The survival rates were 60%,75%and 80%.The injection treatment group had the best effect,with a survival rate of 85%.Studies have show that bacteriophages can treat avian colibacillosis.
