摘 要:目前,梅花井232206辅助运输巷采用锚网索喷支护方式,在地质构造、围岩淋水等因素影响下,存在巷道围岩变形量过大、后续修整维护工作量繁重等问题。为实现围岩有效控制,本研究将条带砌碹支护技术应用到巷道围岩控制中,并通过理论计算方法确定砌碹厚度为200 mm。同时,依据巷道实际地质条件,对锚杆支护段以及砌碹支护段支护参数进行设计。现场应用后,巷道围岩变形量控制在12 mm以内,取得较好的围岩控制效果。At present,the auxiliary transportation lane of Meihuajing 232206 uses anchor-net-cable-spray support method,under the influence of factors such as geological structure and surrounding rock,there are problems such as excessive deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and heavy follow-up repair and maintenance work.In order to achieve effective control of the surrounding rock,the strip-masonry support technology is applied to the control of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and the thickness of the building-masonry is determined to be 200 mm through theoretical calculation methods in this study.At the same time,according to the actual geological conditions of the roadway,the support parameters of the bolt support section and the masonry support section are designed.After the field application,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is controlled within 12 mm,and a good control effect of the surrounding rock is achieved.
