摘  要:双辊铸轧布流系统的结构参数和铸轧工艺参数直接影响着带坯的质量。为了得到合理的铸轧工艺参数,以160 mm双辊铸轧机为研究对象,首先通过正交试验对布流系统结构的部分参数进行了优化,进而采用优化后的布流系统,依据相似性原理构建1∶1水模型实验平台,研究了铸轧工艺参数对熔池流场和液面波动的影响。结果表明:布流器侧面水口距熔池出口距离的取值对熔池出口温度差值影响最大,布流器端面水口边长主要影响自由液面湍动能差,优化后,液面波高差降低了2 mm左右。在熔池出口附近,由于熔池体积骤减及轧辊挤压作用而产生液体回流现象,回流区域面积与辊缝宽度近似成正比。铸轧合理工艺参数:铸轧速度为0.08~0.10 m/s,熔池液面高度为55~60 mm,辊缝宽度不大于4 mm。The quality of the strip depends on the parameters of the distribution system structure and twin-roll casting process.The orthogonal experiments are conducted for the optimization of some structure parameters of the distribution system of the 160 mm twin-roll casting and rolling machine in order to obtain reasonable casting and rolling process parameters.A 1∶1 water model experiment platform is set up based on the optimized distribution system according to the similarity principle.The influence of casting and rolling process parameters on the flow field and fluid level fluctuation of the molten pool is studied.The studied results show that the distance between the side distributor nozzle and the outlet of the pool influences largely on the outlet temperature difference.The edge length of the nozzle at end face mainly influences on the free surface kinetic energy.The surface wave height difference is reduced by about 2 mm after post-optimality.The back flow occurs near the outlet of the molten pool and influences on by the pool volume decreasing sharply and the rollers extrusion.The back flow area is approximately proportional to the gap width of the rollers.Reasonable casting and rolling process parameters:the speed of twin-roll strip casting is 0.08~0.10 m/s,the level height of the molten pool is 55~60 mm,the gap width of the rollers is less than 4 mm.
