摘 要:朝向选择性在视觉神经编码过程中起到了十分重要的作用。为研究光栅刺激下猕猴视皮层V1区与V4区神经元的朝向选择性,本文用神经电生理信号记录系统采集猕猴视皮层的微电极信号,通过一致性和锁相值分析V1区与V4区间的同步与光栅朝向的关系,并首次将其分别与相关矩阵相结合构成全局性同步用以分析V1区和V4区内的同步与光栅朝向的关系。结果表明,光栅对V1与V4区间的同步以及V1区和V4区内的整体同步有调制作用,其在非偏好朝向上的值较小,在偏好朝向上的值较大,且在非偏好朝向和偏好朝向之间的同步分布差异明显。通过比较其朝向调谐指数发现,一致性值比锁相值可以更好地表征V1与V4区间的同步,而全局性相位同步比全局性频域同步可以更好地表征V1区和V4区内的整体同步。这对于探索神经元朝向选择性的形成机制具有重要意义。Orientation selectivity plays an important role in the process of visual neural coding.In order to study the forming mechanism of orientation selectivity of neurons in V1 and V4 of the visual cortex of rhesus monkeys under grating stimulation,in this paper,the neural electrophysiological signal recording system was used to collect the microelectrode signals of the visual cortex of macaques.The coherence and phase locking value were used to analyze the relationship between synchronization between V1 and V4 and grating orientation.And for the first time,it is combined with the correlation matrix to form a global synchronization to analyze the synchronization and grating orientation in V1 and V4.The results show that the grating has modulation effect on synchronization between V1 and V4 and the overall synchronization in V1 and V4.The coherence,the phase-locked values,global frequency domain synchronization,and global phase synchronization have large values in the preferred orientation,small values in the non-preferred orientation,and a significant difference between the preferred synchronous distribution and non-preferred synchronous distribution.By calculating the orientation tuning indexes,it is found that the coherence can better characterize the synchronization between V1 and V4 than the phase locking value and the global phase synchronization can better characterize the overall synchronization in V1 and V4 than global frequency domain synchronization.It is of great significance to explore the formation mechanism of neuronal orientation selectivity.
