摘  要:化学清洗与表面活化是键合激光晶体制备的关键过程。不同的激光晶体键合面需要不同的清洗与活化工艺。根据氟化钇锂(YLF)系列激光晶体特点,研究对比不同极性化学试剂浸泡对YLF系列晶体表面质量的影响,优选了石油醚溶剂作为浸泡清洗溶液,并研究了浸泡温度和浸泡时间对清洗质量的影响。在石油醚浸泡的基础上,优选NaOH的乙醇溶液作为YLF系列晶体键合面的活化与清洗溶液,在40℃下浸泡30 min,不仅进一步去除了键合面上的杂质污染物,而且起到了良好的活化作用,制备出了高光学质量的YLF/Tm:YLF/YLF键合激光晶体。It is the key process of chemical cleaning and surface activation for the bonding of two laser crystals.To bonding different crystals is by means of several chemical cleaning and surface activation methods,respectively.The chemical cleaning and surface activation process of YLF laser crystal is studied in this work.The surface cleaning quality of YLF crystals soaking in several polar chemical reagents are compared,and the results indicates the petroleum ether is the preferred soaking solvent,the suitable immersion temperature is lower 45℃.The optical condition for activation of YLF bonding surface is immersion in NaOH ethanol solution at 40℃for 30 minutes.Based on the above process,it is not only removing impurities on the surface further,but also promote the positive surface activated bonding.The high optical quality of YLF/Tm:YLF/YLF bonded laser crystals is prepared finally.
