罗哌卡因与布比卡因用于剖宫产手术腰-硬联合麻醉的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析罗哌卡因与布比卡因用于剖宫产手术腰-硬联合麻醉的价值。方法:从2018年5月~2020年1月剖宫产手术行腰-硬联合麻醉产妇中随机抽取80例,根据麻醉方式分组,对照组43例的产妇采取布比卡因麻醉,观察组37例产妇采取罗哌卡因麻醉。比较麻醉起效时间、麻醉维持时间、麻醉前后产妇HR、MAP、麻醉的效果、不良反应。结果:观察组麻醉起效时间、麻醉维持时间、治疗后产妇HR、MAP、不良反应率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的麻醉的效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:罗哌卡因与布比卡因用于剖宫产手术腰-硬联合麻醉的优良率相似,而其中罗哌卡因起效更快,维持时间更长,可更好减少并发症,安全性高。Objective To analyze the value of ropivacaine and bupivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean section.Method From May 2018 to January 2020 in our hospital,80 cases of puerperae with combined spinal and epidural anesthesia for cesarean section were randomly selected and grouped according to the anesthesia method.43 puerperae in the control group were anesthetized with bupivacaine,and 37 cases in the observation group were taken with ropivacaine anesthesia.To compare anesthesia onset time,anesthesia maintenance time,maternal HR,MAP,anesthesia effects and adverse reactions before and after anesthesia.Results The observation group's anesthesia onset time,anesthesia maintenance time,maternal HR,MAP,and adverse reaction rates after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effect of anesthesia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The excellent and good rate of ropivacaine and bupivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean section is similar,and ropivacaine has a faster onset and longer duration,which can reduce complications and is safer High sex.
