中日韩制造业参与全球价值链分工的测度研究

摘　　要：面对新冠肺炎疫情的强烈冲击和日益复杂的国际形势,中、日、韩在东亚区域的合作显得尤为重要。本文运用对外经济贸易大学全球价值链数据库(UIBE GVC),通过计算中、日、韩三国制造业全球价值链位置指数、全球价值链参与度指数以及新显性比较优势指数分析了三国在制造业方面合作的现状及趋势。从整体层面看,中国在中、日、韩三国全球价值链地位中排名第三,但三国之间的差距正在缩小;从细分行业看,中、日、韩三国的制造业有错位发展空间。因此,中、日、韩三国应该建立产业互联网,增强区域合作,提升综合竞争力。同时,中国应提供良好市场环境,落实人才政策,促进高技术制造业发展,并运用数字经济对价值链的影响机制促进中、低技术制造业发展。Facing the strong impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the increasingly complex international situation,the cooperation between China,Japan and the Republic of Korea is particularly important.Using the UIBE GVC database,this paper analyzes the status quo and trends of the cooperation among the three countries in manufacturing by calculating the GVC position index,GVC participation index and NRCA index of the manufacturing industry in China,Japan and ROK.From an overall perspective,China ranks third in the global value chain among the three,but the gap is narrowing.From the perspective of sectors,there is room for misaligned development in their manufacturing industries.Therefore,they should establish an industrial network,strengthen regional cooperation,and improve comprehensive competitiveness.At the same time,China should provide a good market environment,implement talent policies,promote the development of China’s high-tech manufacturing industry,and promote the development of low and medium-tech manufacturing industries by leveraging the digital economy’s influence mechanism on the value chain.
