摘  要:某光亮退火机组在进行车间剪板试验时,液压斜刃剪无法顺利剪切厚度小于0.3mm的较薄带钢。针对这一问题,进行了原因分析,对双楔块剪刃间隙调整结构提出改进意见,并通过工艺手段保证楔块加工精度。应用改进后的双楔块剪刃间隙调整结构,光亮退火机组液压斜刃剪现场使用效果良好。When a bright annealing unit was performing a workshop shear test,the hydraulic inclined blade shear could not smoothly cut the thinner strip with a thickness of less than 0.3 mm.In response to this issue,the cause analysis was carried out,and suggestion for improvement of the double-wedge shear blade gap adjustment structure was put forward,and the processing accuracy of the wedge was ensured by technological mean.When the improved double-wedge shear blade gap adjustment structure was used,the hydraulic inclined blade shear of the bright annealing unit had a good performance on field service.
